ARTISTIC DIRECTOR
Chris (he/they) is a director and dramaturg of new plays based in New York City. As the Artistic Director for Team Awesome Robot, they developed new plays by Callie Kimball, Daniel John Kelley, Madhuri Shekar, and Sam Walsh. As the Producing Director for The Secret Theatre's New Voices Project, they developed new plays by Corinna Schulenberg, Sarah Bernstein, David Lawson, and Kari Bentley Quinn. Chris is an alum of Albright College and the National Theater Institute at the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center, where they serve as a guest playwright mentor for the Young Playwrights Festival.
LITERARY MANAGER
Percival Hornak Percival Hornak (he/him) is a dramaturg, playwright, literary manager, and podcast producer who loves ghost stories, Arthurian legend, and plays about lesbians. He holds an MFA in Dramaturgy and a Certificate in Feminist Scholarship from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and his research focuses on experiential performance, trans embodiment, and tabletop role-playing games. Percy also co-produces the Dungeons + Drama Nerds podcast alongside Nicholas Orvis. Previous companies he has worked with include Arena Stage, Andy's Summer Playhouse, TCG, and Luna Stage.
COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
Jen (she/her) is a Brooklyn-based playwright, screenwriter, and very chill girl. She writes spooky, funny plays about friendship, girlhood, and the performance of self. Her work has been presented at the Woolly Mammoth Theatre, the Kennedy Center, Baltimore Center Stage, Dixon Place, American Lives Theatre, The Tank, and others. Outside of the theatre, Jen has a decade of experience in nonprofit communications at organizations focused on consumer rights, philanthropy, and human services.

COMPANY MANAGER
Ashley Siflinger is a theater maker hailing from the culture capital of the great state of New York: Long Island. In 2017 she got her BFA in Acting from Tisch School of the Arts where she tried to convince everyone that she was an incredibly serious method actor. Now she works as a playwright, performer, and developer of new plays. She is much, much happier. The plays she writes are comedies, often about the tenacity of human joy and the power of one's own mind. GRAPHIC DESIGN/MARKETING
Sam is a New York based playwright and multi-disciplinary artist. She writes plays about the particular form of loneliness perpetuated by American individualism — plays that make you laugh and make you sad in an indescribable kind of way. She has been a semi-finalist and finalist for the Princess Grace, Ingram New Works Lab, Play Penn, Seven Devils, the National Playwrights Conference, and Premiere Stages. Her work has been produced/developed by the Barrow Group, The Chain Theatre, Team Awesome Robot, and Threshold Theater. She received her BFA in Theater Performance at the University of Florida and her MFA in Playwriting at Hunter College.
